Abel Anaya began in the world of graphic design and visual arts at the hands of MASA, carrying out joint projects focused on music, lifestyle and fashion, winning a Latin Grammy in 2012 for best packaging design for the band Viniloversus.
Alone, dedicating himself especially to fashion and advertising, he carried out projects between the US & Mexico, focused on portraiture and editorial, being published in magazines such as Nylon, Elle, Vogue Mexico, etc... and working for brands such as Unilever, Mac Cosmetics, Universal Music, Sony Music, TV Azteca, etc...
He has always been interested in gender expression, especially masculinity and how it has been changing both in fashion and in his personal life throughout his career, this interest led him to study an MFA in artistic photography and documentary by the TAI school in Madrid, to develop their technical, creative and research knowledge on the subject...
